The staff at the Camberley branch are excellent. Sorted me out with a business data only SIM, set everything up and works perfectly. When I had a login problem I popped into the shop and friendly helpful staff solved the problem instantly. Highly recommended old fashioned good service with a smile.

I have been in the shop I was very very disappointed.The girls didn't want to help me at all.I will never ever go over there again.I use Vodafone for 10 years and I'm thinking to change now.

Visited as I wanted to look at an iPhone 13 and nowhere else in Camberley had the 13 out. I was greeted by a member of staff who offered to help, so I took them up on this. And asked if they could show me the iPhone 13. The response was disappointing."Why would you buy an old handset when you can have the new 14 for so much less!"Let me tell you, I didn't want the 14 because it doesn't have a sim card slot, and I don't want to join a major provider. However, as Vodafone owns VOXI, I expected you to know this.No sale and I definitely won't return to this store where all they are interested in is plugging sales and not actually helping people. Also, to use secondhand devices is more environmentally friendly than a new handset. I recommend training your staff on the benefits of secondhand devices.
