The lady that took my eye test was absolutely lovely. She was patient & kind. The gentleman I saw afterwards was knowledgeable and made choosing new glasses easy. Everything was explained and wasn?t rushed evan though the shop was very busy on a Saturday morning.

I popped into Vision Express Camberley this afternoon 'cause the sunglasses I got somewhere else kept sliding down my nose. Seb the staff , was super nice and helped me fix them. I really appreciate how professional and helpful everyone is there.

Afifa is an amazing member of the team , She helped my 13 yr old daughter Megan pick a pair of sunglasses and showed her all the colours of the lenses she could have. Afifa was very professional, polite, patient and took the time to explain which glasses suited my daughter. Such a credit to Vision Express. Please give her a pay rise .

I hate to be one of them Karen?s complaining but Recently joined the scheme again for my contact lenses prescription, paid £81 on the October 16 2023 it then I received a letter from vision express few days later saying I?ve cancelled the scheme. Phoned up and they said it was a system error which is out of my hand and I need contacts because I can?t see properly without them. So I ended up paying £81 again to rejoin and then follow up with monthly payments just feels like I been scammed. Don?t get wrong I been using the contact lenses from vision express for 6 years now and they are great. I just wish the support team could be more organised . It?s just frustrating at the end of the day when things like this happen and staff wasn?t very reassuring either over the phone?.
