I got a notification that the MI11 was available and immediately called around to see who had them in stock, its my birthday coming up and we leave on holiday tomorrow so I wanted to get it asap. Camberley was the closet who had them whilst Im living in Bracknell. The lady who answered for your store was lovely and friendly. She said she'd put it to one side for me and I immediately made my way to the store. Once I got there it was a completely different story. The person who I sat down with was unresponsive, blunt and rude. no matter how talkative I was trying to be about the phone and information about it, he sat there with this blank expression on his face and answered in monotones. What I assume was the manager stood nearby complicit with the employees behaviour. One of the few questions he actually answered coherently was that I wouldn't have to pay an initial fee. After 15 mins of getting my details up He got the phone and the contract out and put it a foot away from me behind the Covid barrier. He started going through the contract and insurance deals with me, pen in hand ready to sign. Then he started typing on the computer leaving me with no reason as to why our discussion had ended, the manager came by and typed a code in to which the employee tells me that I have to pay a £300 initial fee due to my sim only contract having to be 3 months old in order for me to upgrade for free. Now I understand that if this is the case, then so be it. But why he couldn't tell me this sooner than getting to the point of signing a contract wasting 30 minutes of my time whilst being unresponsive, rude and blunt the entire time I'll never know. I love my phone's and if the Bracknell team had the MI11 in stock I would of gone there. Their team is great and we always have a good laugh so I've never had any complaints about this provider, in fact I've never left a bad review but this was a ridiculous show of customer service and the Camberley team need to have a review of their store. I won't be returning but I won't be leaving Three, the Bracknell team have kept me as a loyal customer.

The staff member who dealt with my query was extremely helpful and polite. My current contract had finished and I took out a new plan which was done there and then. If your thinking of switching to Three or have queries about their network, visit the Three store in Camberley.

The worst customer service I ever experienced in whole my life. The manager was more than rude drinking redbul not giving us a second thought so he just lost 2 contract as we were gonna get the s10 plus and the xs max.

Absolutely USELESS !! A phone shop that doesn't answer their phone !! What a great advert for their products.
