I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best pie I ever had, was a bit dubious as mustard can sometimes overwhelm the flavour of everything but this home made masterpiece was just perfect. Fantastic food, way-above normal pub food. Beautiful pie in wonderful puff pastry. Large portion. Accompanying chips wonderful- presumably triple-cooked. The 4 of us had truly outstanding meals.
