Self Service needs to be removed we do not work for Tesco's. Bring back more people at the till and give more people jobs rather than having people do the corporations work for free.

Really disappointing visit today. Usually I find the staff amazing and really friendly here however from my experience today it doesn't seem that friendliness is passed onto members of staff. There was an incident of a young boy at the tills asking a lady for ID when purchasing cigarettes. The lady purchasing the cigarettes started to shout abuse at the young boy behind the counter. There were two older members of staff watching this happen at the time when the young lad became very clearly uncomfortable and ending up giving in and letting her take the item. This is where I think someone should have stepped in and helped the young man stand his ground. However when I then heard his coworker shouting at him from behind the counter whilst he was trying to serve other customers this absolutely enraged me. I bit my tongue for as long as I could until he was asked by the other gentleman working in the store to come out from he counter and started clearly and fairly loudly telling him off in front of the whole store whilst having watched the whole interaction and not thought to step in prior. Seemed incredibly cowardly to me. Whilst I do agree this was a mistake from the boy, humiliating him is not the way to do it and personally I would consider management/colleague training on empathy and appropriate ways of giving feedback. I really do hope this young boy finds a positive workplace and isn't stuck being bullied by not only customers but clearly his own colleagues as well.

Popped in the shop this evening to grab a few things. Asked a member of staff where something was, she kindly helped me :) served with a smile and a laugh. Honestly felt so welcome visiting the store today definitely need more staff like her. Thankyou Stacey ??

Great to see the staff taking care of elderly shoppers at one end of the scale and robustly dealing with groups of youths trying to buy alcohol and shoplifting at the other all with a smile and grace. Keep up the great work. We appreciate it.

It?s a Tesco Express so don?t expect Selfridges. It does everything it needs to do and does it well. Friendly staff, quick service, all the the products you need. A fresh bread bakery would make it a 5 star.

Best run Tesco I've been in. Every member of staff is very friendly and helpful. I grab my lunch in there most days now just because of how great the staff are.
