I am pleased with the service in the salon itself and the hairdresser. The online queue or booking system was not good, arrived on time then asked to come back an hour later. The system did not take into account walking in customer. The branch only had 1 hairdresser in a day.

I was not impressed, I checked in online and it said just over an hour wait - headed into Camberley, got the text to say it was time for my appt, walked in and she said she wouldn’t have time for me today? Abysmal service
