If you don't have thirty minutes spare, then don't get a coffee here!
We went today on a Saturday to grab two coffees and it took just under thirty minutes! There was three staff who were pleasant enough but the wait time is ridiculous!
Go somewhere else!

Poor acoustics, and an outdated, environment which whilst convenient being attached to Sainsbury's, makes me feel a little robbed considering the prices.

I come here for Coffee whilst my daughter is at Explore learning. One of your servers knows how to serve a hot coffee, the rest serve me some lukewarm concoction. Not impressed, especially as it's not cheap.

We visit every Saturday whilst our son is at Explore Learning (also based in the store) and have been impressed so far. The sofas really need reupholstering, but the chairs and tables are in good condition, it's usually clean in there and we've only ever had one bad hot chocolate there; the rest of the times the drinks have been lovely. A warmed pain au chocolat is also welcome if we haven't had breakfast! Looking forward to our relaxed, child-free Saturday mornings now and better weather so that we can get some sun outside! It seems very popular and of course lots of free parking nearby! (up to 3hrs)

I called in here for a quiet cappuccino after shopping at Argos and Sainsburys. I speak perfectly good English. I was charged for 3 coffees instead of one. I complained. To my astonishment the girl threw away 2 drinks that she just made down the sink and then offered me a refund. Incredibly bad service. When I asked "why"??? She just raised her shoulders. Just another coffee shop. However, on this occasion the staff were great attentive and fast. Coffee always good in Starbucks.
