I just wanted to share what an outstanding experience we had at Slim Chickens, St. Paul?s, and more importantly, to shine a light on one of your exceptional team members ? Megha.
From the moment we walked in, Megha stood out with her **warm smile, calm presence, and genuine kindness**. When we had trouble producing a ticket from the virtual ordering machine, Megha was immediately there to assist us ? patient, helpful, and solution-focused. It didn?t stop there. When our order was missing a tender, she **went above and beyond** by not only tracking it down but also generously offering us **extra chips and wings** as a gesture of goodwill.
It?s rare to meet someone who exudes such a **family-like aura** in a busy service environment. Megha didn?t just do her job ? she made us feel welcomed, taken care of, and valued. My partner even commented that **her presence was the highlight of the evening**.
Megha truly *ruled the roost* that night. She embodies what the UK hospitality industry is built on ? **hard-working, gracious individuals who elevate the entire customer experience**. I urge you to **recognize and reward her efforts** ? she deserves not only praise but serious consideration for a **promotion**.
