Very unpleasant visit to this Sainsburys tonight. Collecting a Just Eat order with an expected pick-up of 19:06, arrived at 19:02 and could see the order ready for collection. The guy on the manned till was struggling and a queue of customers was building up. Time got to 19:05 and rather than jump in ahead of quieting customers I approached a member of staff who was standing doing nothing in the automated till area. I explained that I had one minute to collect the order, that the guy behind the till was struggling and I asked if it was possible someone could hand me the order. Before she could answer a manager who was kneeling beside an automated till said - ?go and queue with the rest of the customers?. Not familiar with the home delivery service obviously. Reported to Just Eat. Moral of the story? don?t try to help people!

A convenient shop but I go for the yellow stickers. Their normal prices are a bit higher than elsewhere - a captive audience, as only a tiny Morrisons nearby that also has higher prices than the larger stores.

I live just around the corner , and I find it an OK small local market serving a large part of the Heatherside area , located in a 1980s building, plus the all-important cash machine.
OBVIUSLY it is not as cheap as large supermarkets (Locals never are, even Tesco's !) but it saves a lot on time and petrol etc if you otherwise drive to the Meadows or the large Camberley branch instead. You shop here if you need something in a hurry ... knowing it is slightly dearer, but handier.
Good staff and counter service, but don't expect it to be like the Bagshot Waitrose !!

OK for local shop but wouldn't be shopping here unless you had to get some small quantity of small goods, far more expensive than most of their other stores.

Disgusting. I will never shop in Sainsbury's again and hope you don't either. Ordered a birthday cake online 10 days in advance for a special birthday. Arrived in store on collection day to be told it wasn't there and could I choose a cake from the shelf or take a refund. No, if I'd wanted a bog standard cake from the shelf I would have done that in the first place. Told by the person at Sainsbury's via telephone that they would issue a refund. No refund arrived. Called again and told that they could only issue gift cards and would have to go in store for a refund. Go to store and no manager available with the login details to issue a refund. Told to come back a few days letters. Went to store again, told manager wasn't in and didn't have login details. Persevered until the person got the manager on the phone. Took me to the till, they can only issue gift cards. ARE YOU JOKING, NO! And with one swipe they processed the refund in store. I've never known anything like it, took 2 weeks for a simple refund and unable to fulfil a simple order.

Don't bother doing a deliveroo order from here unless you want your order to be accepted then rejected 30 mins later with no explanation. Lazy people need to get a job elsewhere if you can be asked to do your job.
