Went in a couple of weeks ago looking for a specific gift for my daughter. They didn't have it in stock and there was none left online either. Probably because it was considerably cheaper than some other retailers who had stock.
A branch in Kent was showing some stock so the manager took my details and liaised with the store in Kent to get the product transferred across. Just been in to collect it, will have a very happy you lady on the 25th. Great customer service, many thanks!

Myself and my partner came in for a specific item today and wasn't sure on which product to purchase.Your Sales Assistant, JJ (John) was fantastic. He had a brilliant way with customers and helped us to make up our minds. Good stock and prices. Unfortunately, based on two visits today, fairly substandard customer service. Very little acknowledgement from checkout staff or assistance on the shop floor. Just felt like a burden. Farnham service is much better.Also, understandably due to social distancing, a limited amount of customers are allowed at one time, which is fine. Unfortunately, today a lady and I had to wait outside in the pouring rain due to this. Especially poor for a chain that sells umbrellas and canopies! For the sake of keeping customers happy, spare a few brollies!

Although it's a small branch they stock most things and will order in anything you want. The staff are lovely and very helpful and didn't even mind when I knocked some of a display over.
