Excellent customer service. We arrived from Australia to find our travel agent had not paid for our accommodation at the Premier Inn. Maria, Morais, Rabina, Zama and Juliet all made our check in experience as smooth as possible. Thank you to the Premier Inn staff for all your kind assistance.

The rooms are looking a bit tired. The receptionist did not offer breakfast / dinner options in the restaurant. No wi-fi password given. Night guard and another member of staff could not help with this query.
Good bed. Excellent price. Central location.
Rooms: Bit tired.
Nearby activities: Usual shopping opportunities.
A lot of choices for places to eat and drink.
Walkability: Central location.
Food & drinks: A lot of choices.

We were rather unimpressed with our stay to say the least? we booked to stay here for valentines weekend as it looked like a lovely area, however we were absolutely appalled when we got into our room. We were in room 212 which upon entry we could smell this really musty smell that was almost suffocating it was that strong. We chalked it up to the fact that maybe the fans were blowing it out from the bathroom when we had the light on so we shut the door and kept the light off. This helped with the smell but still smelt in the bathroom, on the second night upon closer inspection we found the bathroom was covered in mould. There was no staff until the next morning so we couldn?t request a room change. The lady we spoke to on the desk was absolutely lovely & pointed us in the right direction to get a refund so nothing but amazing customer service, it was just such a shame that this was let down by the room cleanliness & quality, the rooms are also very thin so you can hear a lot of your surroundings & we could hear the people next door talking & children running and screaming up and down the hallways. There is also no onsite parking so we had to park a 10 minute walk away at the station which meant all together over the whole weekend we ended up paying about £20 in parking! Unfortunately we won?t be staying here again.

Was so unhappy with this premier Inn hotel.
The toilet seat was unusable and should be thrown in the bin, the room smelt damp and was freezing even with the extra heater. Staff were running bar and front desk, check in machine didn't work so had to wait to check in. There's no parking for the so that should not be a feature on the website as parking cost £12 for 24 hours.
Overall will definitely not be staying at this chain again.
Rooms: Not great at all needs updating in bathroom

Not impressed, staff are very slow to react, not really upbeat or attentive, key cards were playing up and the staff were very slow to sort out, had to give us another room because they couldn't get into ours ans we couldn't get to our stuff, then we moved back to our room again 6 hours later after they finally sorted it. No buffet help yourself food for breakfast, it's made to order, beans were dry, bananas and apples were going off. Milk satchets were non existent.

I had a very poor experience here to start off I had to wait 15 minutes before being seen by the receptionist on check-in.
When I got to my room I was tired. I went to the bathroom and realised it was quite dilapidated, a brown toilet seat which once was white, paint hanging off the bathroom ceiling and around the mirror mould in the corners of the bath and the ceiling, a broken shower head and air-con that didn't work on a cold day.
I went downstairs back to the reception and waited 10 minutes to request a heater which led to a member of staff being quite rude towards myself until another member of staff intervened to correct the abrupt colleague.
I stayed on the 15th February 2025 in room 401

My family visited me from abroad over the Festive Period and stayed at the Premier Inn at Camberley for a month. The manager and her staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Their customer service was excellent.
My mother is 80+ years old and she absolutely loved the room, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The heating worked well on those very cold nights. They also, stated they enjoyed the breakfast. When asked if they would like to stay there again, the answer was "YES". I would also like to say a BIG "Thank You" to the manager and her staff for looking after my family and making their holiday a very relaxing and enjoyable one.
Further, the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant. It is walking distance to the shopping center cinema, restaurants and high street.

We booked a three night stay but only stayed for two as the beds smelt like smoke and there were children running up and down the corridor. We tried to report this to the reception but there was never anyone at the desk. We contacted customer service to advise the problems we had and asked for a refund for the last night we didn?t stay. They advised that as this had not been reported to the receptionist, even though there was never anyone there, they would not provide a refund. The rooms are very dated and very dirty. I would avoid this premier inn.

I love Premier Inn. An excellent price-quality ratio. Always good locations and low prices. No wonder they are expanding and winning market share in the budget hotel niche.

A typically nice/good PI hotel, but with an annoying absence of Reception staff. Including at the Bar. Understaffed!! Sign of the times!
Food & drinks: Avoid the Wetherspoons pub!!

Cons: The rooms are NOT clean. The first we stayed in had a pungent smell of pee, and the bathroom wall had black mold all over, so we asked to be moved to another room, which also had black mold - just a bit less than the first. The heat didn?t work the second day we stayed so we cut our stay short. The rooms are dated.
Pro: lovely staff, great location next to malls and restaurants, parking available close by.

Very central for the town in Camberley, easy access to Ascot racecourse, and all that you'd expect from a well run Premier Inn...
Food was actually really good, staff were very friendly and professional, and everything else in general was very good! Would recommend if ever in the area and consider yourself worth more than a Travelodge
