I ordered a Llegera which was dry, barely any cheese and pepperoni was dotted here and there. The salad was just a handful of leaves. It certainly wasn?t worth what I paid for it. All in all very disappointing. The only nice thing was the friendly service.

Would usually go to Zizzi?s but the place was shut for some reason. Went in and customer service was good, had our food too which was nice, when I arrived home 1 hour later, I had food poisoning on a horrible level, I had no other food from eating there and getting home! Sadly won?t be trusting this place again!!

Food was good and OK but service was shockingly slow and poor. Full of kids birthday parties and the noise was awful. Really need to sort your service though.

Went for a dinner with my family, my son (3 yrs old) was very much looking forward to his pizza and was a bit hungry. So i asked one of the staff how long its gonna be for the mains? Then after few minutes ,i heard one of the staff ( lady) saying EVERYBODY ORDERED FOOD AT THE SAME TIME, IF THEY CANT WAIT THEY CAN GO HOME. I mean seriously?? I was shocked, you ask a simple question and get insulted?? never in million yrs i had imagined a well known restaurant having a very unprofessional and rude staff who has no respect and a concept of basic customer service. She ruined everything, left the restaurant feeling very much insulted, NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. i can always go to some other place for pizza where they know how to respect people and have a smile on their face. Highly disappointed.

We normally go to Zizzy next door but we saw the 50% off on all pizzas promotion sign outside , so once we decided to try Pizza Express in Camberley. The first waitress knew nothing about the promotion, just told us to download the app and figure it out ourselves. We asked nicely for a couple of times until she agreed to find out for us. At this stag, we should've walked out as we both didn't feel comfortable anymore. The food came quickly and was okay. The wine was terrible. It went straight to my head and gave me a massive headache. The second waitress was also very blunt, quite rude service as in general. The only helpful person was actually the restaurant manager. The waitresses just have no idea with what's going on with their work and make you feel bad trying to use the promotion. It was the first time and will be the last time we go to Pizza Express in Camberley.

The staff are so blunt, not one of them knew anything about the promotion and just said ?Check the app? .. ?Use the app?, honestly save your money and go somewhere else.

Been here a few times, however last two occasions have been disappointing.
I have a food allergy which I outlined on both occasions and both occasions the next day I?ve had an upset stomach.
This time however my partner was suffering also from a ?dodgy? stomach so perhaps it was more a food preparation or cleanliness issue.
Regardless of whether it?s one or the other, neither are good.
We won?t be visiting again therefore.

Service was good, waitress was polite and very helpful.
Unfortunately we will not be returning. The food was really poor.
We attended for lunch, my partner had lasagna and this was crunchy and burnt with not much filling. The microwave had made top layer crunchy.
I tried the chicken and chorizo, the pasta was not cooked and the meal was generally cold.
The highlight was the dough balls, lovely as always.

I recently visited Pizza Express, and while I have to say the food was great, the service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed completely uninterested in their customers, making no effort to check if we were okay or if we needed anything. On multiple occasions, I had to call someone over just to get the table cleared or to order drinks. The lack of attention to basic service was honestly disappointing, and it created a pretty frustrating dining experience. Sadly, I wouldn?t return to this location again.

Pizza express is pizza express, very rarely is the food bad, very rarely is the service bad. It's cheap and cheerful, especially with the deals on the app. My only issue is how tightly packed tables are, otherwise wonderful restaurant
