I turned up this morning to complete a seemingly simple task. After waiting 25 minutes, I still hadn?t been even greeted by a member of staff. There was 1 person serving, a queue of 14 people, to which a lady walks out with a cup of tea, ignoring all the customers and decides to make a phone call. An elderly woman entered and sat on the seat, clearly a regular as she was named and asked if she had an appointment to which she replied ?No, I wanted a quick word with you? was taken to be served, ignoring the now 17 people waiting. I was finally acknowledged after 50 minutes of waiting. Appalling customer service!

Best customer services anyone can ever ask. Can not express how wonderful and amazing all staff are especially Sue Evans. She has been marvellous.....couldn't have done it without her support and help and time. Thank you Nat West.

I received a letter supposably from NatWest urging me to go to website that is NOT NatWest! And ?upload identification documents and company documents to verify my identity?!? If not done in the next 3 days ?access to my account will be affected??!Reported this to the Branch, ?they do not deal with this?, but given me business number. Tried many times from 3 separate lines and - This number was ?out of service?. Went second time to the Branch ? all under lockdown, and they just said sorry it was a wrong number.Called Business line, lengthy security questions, they said it is probably fraud and transferred me to fraud team. Again, lengthy security questions, Fraud team said after long conversation it was not a fraud and business team should just have checked records to see it was not, transferred me back. Again! security questions (3rd time in the same conversation!) This lime at the end I was asked my name, spelled it, was then asked can I have your name?!, spelled it again, the person red it back to me, the third time asked what is your name ?!?! I hang up. The conversation has taken 47 minutes and got me nowhere.Overall: a week lost, 2 visits to Branch during lockdown, 45 minutes on the phone. Still not sure whom I was speaking to first time. I emptied Bank account to protect my company assets and moved money somewhere else.

Long waits with 1 person at a kiosk while the other members of staff stand and have a chat with each other while customers wait! Not great customer service

Not far from the Primark or Zizi...but a bit too small for my liking.
