I went into this branch to draw out £1500 and was asked so many questions like what the money was for which is not Nationwides business. They forget its the customers money not theirs.

It?s the 6th of January 2021.Happy new year to you all.2021 can only be better, just stay with the guidelines, even if you don?t agree, that person next to you may be having the worst anxiety attack behind that mask and you wouldn?t even know!!Just checking what time you?re open today because of the CV-19 restrictions and thought I?d leave a note.What?s happened to all the old faces at the Camberley Branch? Every time I visit there?s a new face. I guess it?s just the way it is after maybe 35+ years with you, it has to change.Over the years I?ve had issues with you, normal with any marriage this long, but I?m still hear. ?I?ve lost count how many times you?ve bailed me out of money problems, but all squared up now.I have but TWO (2) complaints;When your staff ask, ?anything else I can help you with?? THEY NEVER HAVE THE CORRECT LOTTO NUMBERS FOR THAT WEEK!! Very disappointing!!And,As a business that has a product, cash, money you know what I mean, why are there no free samples on the counters. The odd £10 or £20 note maybe, just to show us what your business is all about.????

My Stepson is a young customer and lost his card. The information and advice given in branch was unhelpful and conflicting. They managed to send a replacement card to an old address which had been changed a year ago, and now want a passport or driving licence as proof of I.D., neither of which he has, in order to issue a new card! Needless to say we are changing banks tomorrow!
