Made an order of almost £200 via deliveroo for a birthday party . Took almost 3 hours . Apparently the rider stole our whole order . Order was then remade and was promised some freebies as compensation. Was shocked to find their idea of freebies as compensation were some packets of sauce
What a nightmare experience.
By the time our food arrived the children inthe group were asleep.

The new people dosent know the menu..and even they dont know how the restaurant work. Very poor customer service, sadly use to be one of the nicers Nandos in the area.
