Standing in the queue for the till (shop side) whilst another customer was already in the queue for the Post Office services. The (zero customer skills) woman behind the till moved to serve me. I pointed out that the other customer was ahead of me and should be served first. A curt 'well we don't make any money out of that side, and we try not to keep shop customers waiting, in case you go elsewhere' was the incredibly rude response - in front of us both. The staff here are so incredibly rude - this is not the first bad experience myself and my partner have received here. Suffice to say, we avoid it as much as we can and would rather drive elsewhere, or give our money to Sainsburys (which I hate doing)

The staff here need serious customer relationship training. So miserable and rude. I use this shop as a real last resort as a result. If you don't like your job - leave. simple. Don't ruin everyone else's day, Get a grip.

Have been trying to limit trips to Sainsbury's as it is often too busy for my extra cautious approach to social distancing, especially on Sundays when it is full of people who wouldn't usually be there and haven't learnt the system.Martin's has proved invaluable for little essentials and the staff are all patient and friendly. Great and valuable work. Thanks guys. ??
