Good level of customer service but poor value for money at £295 for a basic EV inspection/service, which does not include any kind of valeting/cleaning. Quoted price for wiper blade replacement was also excessive.

Fobbed off twice regarding electrical issues with car. Unprofessional and a waste of time. VW Group being made aware of garage?s refusal to take car in for assessment.

Brilliant customer service. The person I dealt with was so helpful. There was a lady who fell while I was there and the way the team responded was brilliant. Really impressed with their quick response and support.

Have used Martin's for many years and always received great service. Very polite and knowledgeable staff always happy to help and advise. The car collection/drop off service received from Mark and Gary had always been faultless. I have recommended Martin's Camberley to friends who have had issues with other Main dealers, always with a positive outcome.

Visited @ 08.30 this morning & besides having to pay £30 due to a nail in my New Car Tyre, I was very impressed with All the Professional & Caring Staff that I met with.
Also I like your Very Comfy Customer Reception Area. The Best I've experienced in a long time. Big TV. Free Hot Drinks Machine, Comfy Sofas OR individual chairs & tables. Many Thanks.

Was attended to promptly and my problem resolved. Update Jan 2024: My used VW bought from Martins developed a fault with the ventilation system. I called in on a Monday and was told to drop the car off early on the Thursday morning, which I did. I was phoned just after mid-day to say that the problem had been identified and fixed, no cost to me as covered by the used car warranty. Delighted with the service.
