Visited the branch the other day as I was told Halifax was available inside Lloyds. A man working there was really fantastic. His name was Matt - he provided great assistance and insight into my query. Assisted me to rapidly resolve it - the service was so good I asked for his name so I could leave a review.

The branch is very pleasant as are its staff.
I don't bank here though I accompanied my Mum and found the whole experience to be very good.
We got the help we needed with no fuss and achieved all the we needed to.

We drove to Stains branch, which is closed on Thursdays (this was our fault, should have checked google for their opening hours). We then drove to Camberley, which open on Thursdays - only to find out when we get there that they decided to close this Thursday morning and reopen at 1PM! I really do not have all day to wait for major bank to open one of their branches! Who will cover our petrol and two hours of time wasted? I really have to re-thing of starting to use another bank!

One cashier said she only deals with cash. Wouldn't serve me. Told me I should use internet banking.

Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the old lady cashier with light brown hair(sorry as i dont know her name). She attended to us pretty quickly and solved our issue within minutes. She even informed me that i was not registered for mobile banking and helped me to get that up and running too.

Great staff and speedy service
Waiting in queue. When I got to lady she told me she deals only with cash... They where sort of unprepared in the morning...her colleague next to her did need help.... So she was working on two positions... And sorted me out quickly.?
