am writing to file a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your cashiers. During our recent visit, the cashier was extremely rude. He forcefully threw our groceries, nearly breaking a watermelon, and behaved discourteously towards other customers as well.
When we politely asked him to be more careful with our items and to treat us with respect, he responded that he did not care about our opinion. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
We are frequent customers at your store and regularly make purchases of considerable value. This makes it even more disappointing to experience such treatment.
We expect your staff to treat customers with courtesy and handle products with care. I kindly ask you to take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

This place just hasn't moved with the times. Queues are huge, they have no self checkout, not enough staff and the customer is suffering. It's just easier to go across the road and use the Aldi self checkout than wait around in the queues here.

Usual Lidl but parking can be a challenge. Waiting over 10 mins in a queue for the till is not uncommon in this Lidl. Why ? Who knows?
