The tables and floor were filthy, and the toilets were disgusting. We needed help ordering, but the young girl couldn't work the ordering screen, she and other staff can't speak English. I'm not sure how they do their food hygiene training. I just left and will not return

Omg what can I say staff here are hopeless. Wanted an extra coleslaw, so the asked the lady sering can I pay for 1 at the till. No you have to order at the self check in. Worst thing was I was the only one there. They are just so rude. Got my food but didn't tell me my drinks were on the side to be collected. So... read full comment
