I went into the store looking for a stripe waistcoat that on the app said was in store but I could not see it. I asked Hollie today and she was the epitome of excellent customer service. In previous experiences in other stores it is the classic ?stand in the stockroom and pretend to look/ be too busy to help? but Hollie went above and beyond. She asked two staff members if they had seen the waistcoat, then helped me find it in one size. I was looking for another in a different size and she took me up to last chance to buy but it was not there. To my surprise as I made my way back downstairs to look around at other things Hollie had sought out the waistcoat in the other size I needed. It has been a long time since I have had a shopping experience where I felt that the staff members were there to actually help a customer and I hope that she is recognised for her excellent customer service skills as a result of this review! Thanks again Hollie!

Verry lovely staff. I entered to the shop at 17:55 just to have a quick shop and the cashier told me it's closed when the doors are still open and have 5 more minuites to close. For sure i'm not gonna come back to this H&M

Very rude staff member. Went to buy a garment with a sale sticker on . She charged me full price when it had a sale sticker on.I didn?t realize but I had paid by then. When I checked the bill just a minute later , she claimed to have not seen a big orange sticker. She was trying to say that I had put that sticker on and she didn?t see it while billing. I hadn?t moved away from the cash counter . She couldn?t even get the sticker off . She didn?t even apologize. Instead tried to say that she didn?t see the sticker while cashing. I had picked up the sweater from the sale section but she claimed that it was full price ?.clearly not interested in making a sale !!!Very rude and bad service!!!

One of the benefits of clothes' shopping on the high street is the ability to try on clothes.
Yet here they consistently decide, seemingly when ever they feel like, to open and close the fitting rooms.
Seriously, it's so sporadic and unreliable I barely go here now and just head straight to Next instead.
Trying clothes on before buying is the one thing high street stores can offer over the convenience of online shopping. And yet here they fail to provide that service.
It's no wonder the world is moving to online shopping - if stores can but fail to provide additional services.

On every visit, I find this store Tidy and well organised. Got lift and escalator for going up and down so mobility is no issue for anyone. Only complaint is not having sitting area for men while our partner shops ?

Went to find a jacket that was supposedly in stock in store but could not locate it. However, store was fairly empty so it was easy to look round. Some good value nice items.
