The most unhelpful staff/bank I have ever come across. I will NEVER have anything to do with this bank again. They are very good at putting up barriers NOT removing them. If I could give them a minus rating I would! I realise that they are now affiliated with Lloyds bank, who have been brilliant and this post should no way reflect on Lloyds bank.

I have used most of high street banks over the years and Halifax camberley is by far the better in my experience,friendly staff,very knowledgeable always gone out of their way to help if iv ever had a issue so a solid 5STARS FROM ME

I had wrongly transferred money from Barclays to my daughters account in the Halifax. I had put wrong account number. I visited the Halifax and they seemed to find every reason as to why it was nothing to do with them but Barclays as I wanted the transaction reversed. Very poor service and made no attempt to help. I went back to Barclays who were very helpful, given a letter template to write to Halifax head office. Voila in two weeks Halifax refunded my money, no thanks to the Camberley staff. Barclays came out on top for customer service.
