Halfords has completely wasted my time and shown shocking incompetence. I booked an appointment to get my tyres changed, only to be told after leaving my car for 20 minutes that they didn't actually have the tyres. Instead of being upfront and informing me prior, they offered me into fitting cheaper tyres.
I rescheduled for the following week, but the woman at the counter deliberately never booked the appointment or even ordered the tyres. When I called to confirm the appointment after a week, it seemed like the appointment was never booked. At first I was told everything was in stock and appointment confirmed, then got called back later and told tyre wasn't in stock and that the tyres were out of stock in the whole country. Absolute joke. Tyres were never ordered in the first place.
Two weeks of my time has been wasted because of pure carelessness and a complete lack of professionalism. The lady I dealt with on the counter was unhelpful, dismissive and clearly not interested in fixing the mess she created.

The most incompetent mechanics are in this service. My car was only for service and brake pads, but they recommended that I change the discs as well. I agreed and then I heard some noise from somewhere and I returned the car to them again and they told me because it needed to be balanced and my question is why wasn't the balance done after they changed the discs? I don't recommend this service. It's just a waste of nerves and money. The car mechanics there are great scoundrels they don't understand their job and I think they don't have the necessary qualifications to be like that

I booked a service for my Ford fiesta on line which was super easy. Liam was extremely helpful, sorting out an issue very efficiently, explaining the results of the checks, and answering questions patiently while being respectful throughout. While I waited for my car, he was answering the phone, and serving customers all while keeping his cool - impressive.

Martin and Zishan did a great job on my car's MoT today. They even called me to say I could arrive earlier if I wanted, which suited me. As I arrived, Martin recognised the car so I didn't have to even park. Very efficient. Thanks!
