“It is a small branch but has a good range of different products but don't expect it to have a wide range of individual items, definitely the cheapest sainsbury's own as it don't have that like the bigger store. Other than that, staff are friendly and helpful, it's always clean and tidy and the layout has hardly changed so I've always found it quite easy to find what I need. I would like it to have a few more budget friendly options, then I would gibe it 5 stars.”

“Great drink selection, including their own-brand spirits & liqueurs - particularly Captain Cook spiced rum & a very good Bailey's dupe, obvs at a fraction of the price ?.”

“Well this a wonderful store. Often travel here from further afield.Large range of stock and great Xmas range.Handy having this and (their main rival) on the door step of each other!Only issue I had was not having any where to park for a little but Q went down quite fast!”

“Popped in the shop this evening to grab a few things. Asked a member of staff where something was, she kindly helped me :) served with a smile and a laugh. Honestly felt so welcome visiting the store today definitely need more staff like her. Thankyou Stacey ☺️”

“Friendly personnel. There is a self-service machine for card Payments. They alslo offer delivery service for order returns example with Evri. There is also a cashmachime outside the supermarket. Opening times from Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm”

“The employees are always super kind and helpful, today I had the first experience in a while with a young lady who choose to id me after not needing to be ID for a while.All though deemed as frustrating on my part and what I can say as well almost everyone who has gone through this process ? it’s great to see the level of professionalism that was upheld on her part, when I couldn’t provide her with any ID at the time!”

“Still plenty of gaps on shelves including fresh fruit and veg. Not too busy and light and airy place to shop. Update Nov 2022: Still gaps on the shelves but getting better. Lighting after dark in the parent and child parking area is still very, very poor many years after a contractor allegedly damaged some cables. Update Jan 2023: Finally it seems that the lighting in the parent and child area has been fixed. Update June 2023: still gaps on shelves and low stocks of some items . The pharmacy is now permanently closed with no alternative being announced. A large area at the far end by the tills is still boarded off. Many of the pumps in the petrol station are not working leading to queues at times. Update Oct 2023: petrol station currently closed for works, hopefully yo sort out the defective older pumps. Shop had plenty of bare shelves, and it looks like they are planning to shuffle many of the items around. Dec 2023: petrol station reopened with new (and fully working) pumps but finding super unleaded was a bit of a challenge”

“Store management seem to have decided to close the shop over an hour early most days of late. This is possibly due to the fact many of the staff are either off work, or on duty with massive come downs lying in the aisles verbalising how messy their night was. One memorable moment was a lovely, young staff member who had mistaken Cocaine for Ketamine during the previous nights entertainment and had ended up in hospital. We found him laying in the aisle mid shift before the underlying cause became apparent. In fairness the police were kind enough to check in on him in store; which is reassuring the local safeguarding measures are strong, especially in the crazy, dystopian workforce of the Frimley Road Co-operative. Never a dull moment in the Co-op.”
