They forgot to pack one of my items but I phoned them up and spoke to a really nice women and she refunded me my money by a couple quid more and gave me a free item thank you so much whoever that was they was so nice. Great customer service!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly and kind. Helped me out by bringing my big cuppa Latte to my table, as I'm disabled. Also the lady brought me a large cup of cold water over, as the weather outside was very very Hot ?Customers very helpful and friendly , great service, great selection of drinks & food to choose from. Definitely be going back to Greggs very very soon .

Always good value for money. Not enough ordinary type sandwiches available at the time of visit. However, the steak bake was decently warm at this location. Often can be very Luke warm

I?m not being rude but the bigger guy who works in the greggs in camberly by the hairdressers I saw him by a shop and he was wearing his greggs uniform he looked over at me and my mate walked over to us and then shouted at me I?m a fat tart for no reason when he can?t say much can he then he moved to my mate asking for her snap chat she has a boyfriend so she said no then throw all his coffee all over my mate burin ig her then he ran away I?m quite surprised he could run that fast tbf

They kept asking a customer for their driver delivery number when they weren't a delivery person, it was a funny situation ? but obviously infuriating for the guy.

Great service, coffee machine is quicker than the Farnborough Greggs.Parking: A true Camberley bargain only £2.45, Iwent shopping for 45mins but had to pay for 2 hours minimum!!!

Visited for some breakfast and had a lovely bacon & cheese wrap with black coffee (coffee tasted amazingly fresh).Trainee and manager were welcoming and happy to assist. Definitely we will comeback again!Parking: Parking available within shopping centre, so great to visit before going shopping.

I?m totally disgusted, dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and food from this Camberley branch. I ordered Flat White and sausage roll and sat down at the table. The sausage roll was just warm and not hot as I expected it to be. Coffee was only half full and lukewarm. I ask the person behind the counter if he could warm up the coffee for me, instead he called the staff who actually served me. She was totally very rude and and not happy at all when I explained the coffee was only half full and I wanted it heated up. She asked me if I drank it and said NO. She took the coffee from me and hurled it to the bin while mumbling something. She seemed convinced I drank half the coffee. I told her she was very rude and shouldn?t be serving customers with that kind of attitude as she?s obviously don?t like serving people and don?t enjoy her job. Before I get anymore abuse I got out of there but after a while I regret not asking for the manager instead to complain about the deplorable service received. However, I got a feeling that rude person might be the manager! I?ll never ever go back there again as this is the second time I been disappointed in this branch. The first time, their Chicken Bake was cold but I thought that was just a one off. Whoever is the Area Manager, they should do something about this issues or they will lose a lot of their customers and businesses! Reading the other reviews here it looks like I?m not the only one who encountered the same problems!

I ordered vegan festive bake today and when I have few bite I found big piece of meat/Bacon which is not acceptable.I don?t eat bacon not allowed in my religion I?m v disappointed when I went back to shop and she said sorry and offer me new vegan bake I?m not happy with this service.
