Delivery driver today 23/5/23 went over and above his role today. Took into consideration that I was stuck in traffic but 5 minutes away from home when he first arrived spot on 9am. Not only did he call me to say he was at my door (and tell me that I wasn't) but when I called him back he came back with my granddaughter's birthday gift. (He did rap my knuckles verbally for not being home, but I can take that on the chin). I just want to express my gratitude for his service and hope this gets passed on to him. Frimley route.

Never contacted me about rearranging my package. Never called me. Never even made it to my door and are closed earlier than stated on their bloody website. Useless.

I have to use this place as a pick up for work you can wait ages for some one to help get your parcel. When I ask for my parcel the lady in the office said it was not here job to get the parcel. Which is in a cage next to the main office 6 feet away and unlocked. This lady is not helpful. I see her every week. As I have to use this place everyone was on there break. So I could not have my parcel for work so now my jobs have to wait. for a few days. You can go different times and still she will not help you feel sorry for fed ex they have a employee like this.

6 of their vans parked outside our work today, including the pictured one- parked on double yellow lines, blocking us from being able to see when exiting our site. Dangerous and illegal. Phoned their Doman Road depot, lady we spoke to not even vaguely interested. Thanks FedEx!

Very confusing using Google maps as it brings you into the staff entrance and no one answers intercom so have to find your own way round which is miles away from where the maps tell you to go. Maybe they can read this and correct it.. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Depo staff were very helpful, however frustrating that, the app and customer service do not give you any options to re-deliver or redirect or leave in a safe space

Delivery driver didn't leave card, even though they claimed they did. I changed the delivery address to a fed ex drop off shop in Basingstoke, but they didn't even try to deliver it. They said they would try to send it back to recipient. As no cards were left and only 2 attempts made, and no attempt was made at the fed ex shop drop off point I changed the delivery to they gave failed drastically to do their job. I had to driver over to Camberley in the end to pick it up. My advise. Don't use Fed Ex. Useless company.

I use Fedex to ship from Korea to the UK approximately 12 times a year, I have never had such poor customer service as recent. 5 hours trying to get through to them to be cut off every 15 mins. Finally somebody answered the phone and tried to transfer my call to find out why it take 3-4 weeks to get a service that used to take 3 days. They cut me off!!!!I pay for priority air shipment and understand the pandemic will slow thing down, why are they still taking a lot of money, £3000-£4000, for a service they cannot provide.

Wouldn?t even Recommend this company to anyone especially ordering parcels from them. All of the parcels or packages arrive in pallets from the lorries to which some are damaged and not even properly wrapped to which is why some get damaged when unloading. The system that Fedex use are really outdated to the core. Figures to why some Depots are going to be redundant and drivers losing their job.

Dishonest driver claims to have attempted delivery and left a door tag. There was no attempt at all, 4 persons at the dwelling all listening out for the door yet nothing and no door tag. Front door has CCTV coverage. Very dishonest and compounded as parcel already 7 days late from original schedule. 16th Dec, Pulborough.

Excellent service when there but an utter ball ache to find!
