I didn't realise you needed to book over the busy school holiday period but due to a last minute cancellation they were able to squeeze us in, which I was really grateful for as my daughter would have been so disappointed otherwise.I was incredibly impressed by the lady piercing my daughters ears (Lyndsey). She was really friendly and made my (quite nervous) daughter feel so much more comfortable. It was clear that she was highly experienced and competent with piercing ears, much to my relief. She had a really nice approach the whole time and her friendliness and warmth made the whole experience so much nicer for my daughter.She also guided us though a few different offers so we managed to save a nice percentage off the total amount.I would highly recomment this store!”
