First time buying jewellery for myself in 25 years, and it will definitely not be from here. Dropped in with my wife to find a replacement wedding band after losing mine on holiday. We chose EJ for the brand reputation but got the opposite of what we expected.
We were greeted, then promptly ignored as the two staff members decided their paperwork was more important than the actual customer standing in front of them. No questions, no interest, no engagement ? just written off.
Walked next door and got the complete opposite experience. A helpful young woman took a few minutes to listen, and discuss my requirement, and earned herself a nice commission.
What a difference difference basic customer service makes.

I went into this store today, not 100% knowing what I wanted, I was helped by Maddie or Maddy I believe and she was delightful, so helpful and smiley. All my anxiety went out of the window.
Though I didn't end up purchasing anything due to my size, if I am ever back in the area I'd definitely pop in.
And recommend this store.

Do not buy from Ernest Jones their products are awful. My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas. It fell off while I was drinking coffee but they won?t repair it unless I pay £64 as they ares trying to say it was pulled on! While drinking coffee!! WTF

Went to return the ring in Camberley branch on 13/1/24, two staff made excuse and refused to process the return. They said the ring was scratched, but with their magnifying glass, I couldn't see a single scratch. I only tried on and took off twice at home. Returned the ring to the HQ and got refund straight away. Bad experience with these two staff in Camberley.
