Not a good start to my week, got to the Camberley EE store at 9am, the two guys working didn?t bother to open until 09.05. The shutter was half open, so I rang the store and I could hear it ringing out without success. Eventually they appeared, no apologies just excuses, there?s only two of us working! Basic customer service, just open on time!

What can I say, met by Danny, Reggie took over as I was as I had lost my phone at the m of the sea. Reggibpanickingottome went out of his way to save everything. He was totally amazing

Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend.
It has been over a year and I am still dealing with the same unresolved issue. My EE account will not link to my broadband, and I am unable to view my bills. I have been called in twice to provide ID verification documents, and each time they manage to get it wrong.
To make matters worse, I was promised a £50 welcome credit when I signed up. The representative took my account details and assured me the credit would be paid. Every time I visit, they confirm again that it will be sorted, only to later claim they have lost my account information. I have now provided it three times, and still have not received the money.
Their customer service is awful. The internet drops frequently and their only solution is to send a new device, which means waiting two to three working days with no internet. That is completely unacceptable for anyone working from home.
This has been a frustrating, dishonest, and unreliable experience from start to finish. I regret signing a 24 month contract and cannot wait for it to end. EE is a joke. A terrible, terrible joke.

When the contracts expired on a couple of my devices I visited the ee Camberley store and it was a smart move for me. Rather than spending a considerable amount of time comparing options online, the ee guide (Reggie) having heard my requirements, sorted out suitable plans that fitted my needs - and at a big saving!
I'd recommend anyone, like me, who is unsure of what contract to go for, to visit the store.

Been a customer since 1993. Last Month EE "migrated" my contract to a new contract and my Text confirmed everything was included in my plan. Last week while in Europe my phone was turned off leaving me absolutely stranded and in a dangerous situation. Hours on the phone to EE ( only number operable ) resulted in me finding out EU data now not included and Id been paying for calls also racking up costs. I was turned back on but two days later I was switched off again. More inconvenience later I was switched back on and the operator ( Manesh from Ireland Call centre ) said he would call me back to discuss going forward on Monday at 14.30 as they didn't want to lose me as a loyal customer. Manesh didn't call so I had to call them only for the operator wanting to treble my monthly bill for EU data and calls to be included. After thirty years of paying I was simply another number to EE. I have received my PAC number and will be migrating my contract to 02 who provide 25 GB of data and calls EU wide for £ 12.99 per Month. Goodbye EE Mr Cooper ( 543971 )

I recently had an experience with EE that was far from satisfactory. I needed my call history for insurance purposes ? a request that I presumed would be straightforward, especially given the urgency of the situation. To my dismay, I was informed that it would take over a month to provide this information. This delay now means I have a broken car in front of my house for an additional 30 days, waiting for insurance to address it.Having been a Vodafone customer in the past, I was taken aback by the stark difference in efficiency. Vodafone could provide such information within minutes, making EE's prolonged timeline all the more frustrating.Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful. It seemed they were rigidly adhering to protocols without considering the individual situations of their customers. In my case, the urgency and context were overlooked, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer.I value efficiency and understanding in customer service, and based on this recent experience, I believe EE has much room for improvement in these areas.

Absolutely amazing service everytime I've been here. The staff are so friendly and were so lovely to my four year old daughter (they even bought her some chocolate buttons). I came into the store because my sim tray had broken and I had no network at all and need my phone for work and other things, Carlie gave me a great solution and I was connected and with a new handset within an hour. Thank you so much! Will always come here for my upgrades etc.
