Service was excellent, however the food was not fresh! Bakery and cakes were from a couple of days! Disappointed how this costa?s quality is going down!

It was very quiet so the service was quick. The till operator was very friendly.
We sat in the fabric chairs in the window and they were so grubby and dirty that we moved. The table we moved to had food all over the floor.
The toilets were out of service also so I had to use the accessible toilet which was dirty also. One hopes the kitchen is cleaner.

Always a good visit at this Costa the staff are lovely even when the queue is kind it's worth waiting.

Overpriced coffee not great and the chairs are covered in stains. It feels very tired and grubby for the prices charged.

We came to costa today. Served by wonderful staff! Holly you are an incredible manager! The lady that wasn't so Nice to you today and tried to get myself and my son involved. You did nothing wrong. You cannot please everyone. You all were professional and rose above. A credit to Costa!
