I went to buy some fruit on 01/06/2025 at 9.20 pm a big fella who called himself as manger even he had no name on his uniform had argue with me about the price which they made mistake and wrongly placed it on fruit section, i asked for the price was there but he removed it and didn?t sale it to me, ?? , he needs to retrained to serve and deal with customer .

Small but well-stocked. Good selection of items. Unlike the Co-Op at the other end of this road, this branch tends to have someone on or near the tills, so you haven't got to go searching all around the store for someone to serve you.

I purchased Meal Deal 3 for £3.75, as well as a pack of Jam Doughnuts for £1.50 and a scratch card for £2.00. This should have come to a total of £7.25, but the cashier, Ray, charged me £8.50. When I questioned him, he responded aggressively, making it clear that he had attitude problems. I didn't want to argue with him, so I paid the extra amount he asked for. However, I would like to request that they stop overcharging customers in the future.

Applied for a job there and they kept saying they?d get back to me but never did. It would have been nice for them to have let me known what was going on.

Nice customer service but some of the things such as 20 gram vaseline £2,40 is well well expensive.Same brand and same size product, In Places like boots or elsewhere is only £1.Obviously, i understand it is convenient store, but the prices are far too expensive in some of goods

Google says opens at 06:00hr the shop says 06:30hrs even the building is useless.Even the woman in there putting delivery away just pointed at the window, and said "Window says different"Management team sort it out and get your Google times reviewed.

Attempted to use the shop at 1755 to be told by a member of staff sorry we are closed guys. No explanation, no prior warning like the already reduced hours to 2000 that were put up at Christmas. When it is open the que is alway long and the paypoint machine is never working.

Store management seem to have decided to close the shop over an hour early most days of late. This is possibly due to the fact many of the staff are either off work, or on duty with massive come downs lying in the aisles verbalising how messy their night was. One memorable moment was a lovely, young staff member who had mistaken Cocaine for Ketamine during the previous nights entertainment and had ended up in hospital. We found him laying in the aisle mid shift before the underlying cause became apparent. In fairness the police were kind enough to check in on him in store; which is reassuring the local safeguarding measures are strong, especially in the crazy, dystopian workforce of the Frimley Road Co-operative. Never a dull moment in the Co-op.
