“This is one of the larger Primark stores, over 2 full floors. The home furnishing section is somewhat small, was unable to find matching bedding in same pattern. Only 1 or 2 sales gondolas for these items and packs were a bit jumbled up during my visit. No sales assistants on the floor to ask, so I left empty handed. Update 2024-02: The lines being stocked vary with the seasons and currently the shelves are well stocked. Very popular store that always seems busy resulting sometimes in long queues to pay”

“I called to ask about a handbag or this center has such an item. The very helpful employee Maria helped me a lot. She checked to see if the hall had this item, described it in great detail and helped me until I arrived at the store. Thank you Maria very much and best of luck to you.”

“I went into the store looking for a stripe waistcoat that on the app said was in store but I could not see it. I asked Hollie today and she was the epitome of excellent customer service. In previous experiences in other stores it is the classic ‘stand in the stockroom and pretend to look/ be too busy to help’ but Hollie went above and beyond. She asked two staff members if they had seen the waistcoat, then helped me find it in one size. I was looking for another in a different size and she took me up to last chance to buy but it was not there. To my surprise as I made my way back downstairs to look around at other things Hollie had sought out the waistcoat in the other size I needed. It has been a long time since I have had a shopping experience where I felt that the staff members were there to actually help a customer and I hope that she is recognised for her excellent customer service skills as a result of this review! “One stop shooting for all sporting requirements. Has footballs, boots, walking shoes, for babies, toddlers up to adults. Has safety boots and a lot more stuff. Sometimes easier to find it online on their website. Find their stores are so packed with stuff that's its hard to find what you're looking for.”
