Couldn't recommend this store enough. Had my daughters birthday party here today after having a very poor experience at the Farnborough branch. 2 of the girls had come from Basingstoke store and ran the party alongside the assistant manager. They made sure the girls had an amazing time, they all had their make up done, nails.
The team couldn't have done anymore to make sure my daughter had the experience she should of had previous. Id recommend the store for anyone to hold a party at and really do thank the team for the party today!

my daughter had her piercing by elisha/alisha.she is amazing very gentle comes with detail and very polite.my baby didnt realised how she get pierced ,,i will recommend elisha/alisha to get your LO's done..claires deserve elisha/alisha

I wanted to get my 7yo daughters ears pierced but was turned away by numerous tattoo parlors. I finally relented and went to Claires in Camberley. I didn't realise you needed to book over the busy school holiday period but due to a last minute cancellation they were able to squeeze us in, which I was really grateful for as my daughter would have been so disappointed otherwise.I was incredibly impressed by the lady piercing my daughters ears (Lyndsey). She was really friendly and made my (quite nervous) daughter feel so much more comfortable. It was clear that she was highly experienced and competent with piercing ears, much to my relief. She had a really nice approach the whole time and her friendliness and warmth made the whole experience so much nicer for my daughter.She also guided us though a few different offers so we managed to save a nice percentage off the total amount.I would highly recomment this store!

I love our local Claires. Popped in for some sterling silver jewellery that's cute. Even though I'm in my 40's I still thoroughly enjoy a mooch around (without my child)!!The girl who works in there is lovely and so helpful.
