10/10 Staff are always helpful, never had a problem here, decent trade in wait times. I know it's random but they always seem to have a great selection of times. Had some great retro finds here.
Store is pretty big lots of games/dvds and lots of glass cabinets so plenty to look through

Rude staff, especially one guy with short hair eye rolled when I was selling some dvds earlier today, and was taking the mick out of the films i sold. Don't bother with this CeX branch, unless u wanna be treated with disrespect. Not how you handle members of the public at all!

Following a long exchange of emails I had with their CS dept., I would recommend anyone selling to CEX to photograph your item at the time you hand it over for testing. This will help to avoid a dispute if it fails and they later return it to you damaged, as happened to me at their Camberley store.

So walked down 1 once to sell ps5 headsets and controller got told ps5 was bit dusty i get that took it home cleaned it out walked down there again get told that cant sell the ps5 cause it doesnt have a stand they have 2 other ps5 in store with no stands load of shit wont bother with that store agian
