I had a terrible experience at Card Factory recently. I purchased balloons for my daughter?s 5th birthday, but the five popped for no reason, and others began deflating almost immediately. When I went back to the store to get them exchanged, the staff were rude and dismissive. I was practically called a liar, with the woman behind the counter questioning how balloons could even pop like that and insisting it wasn?t their fault. She acted as if helping me was taking money out of her own pocket. The staff here are disrespectful, unprofessional, and clearly don?t care about customer service. They?re bringing the store?s reputation down, and I won?t be bringing my business here ever again.

Terrible place. Don?t bother. We got 93 balloons for our grandads birthday and the 9 popped and they wouldn?t get a new one. So he made do with a 3. My 3 year old grandad. Selling defective balloons to old people. He will be dead soon. Shame.

Lots of card and balloon options along with extras that I wouldn't have thought of. Staff friendly and prices very very reasonable.
