The fish was oily bland and tasteless the calamari rings? batter was crumbly and flimsy the chips were mediocre the best part of the meal was the tar tar sauce
4/10 I don?t want to eat here again

I have travelled all over the country tasting fish and chips, and I can honestly say that the Camberley Fish Bar is among the best I've eaten!
Superbly cooked and never overly greasy, and a lovely flaky cut of fish with a beautiful coating (not too thick) of golden batter. The expert fryers, with over 20years experience, really know their stuff!

Got my daughter to run in for a couple of portions of chips and a sausage. The shop had been open for less than an hour and the chips were barely warm and shrivelled. Not somewhere I will be going again.

My partner and I recently visited a bar by the water, and we had an amazing time! I ordered the fish burger, and my partner had the fish and chips, along with some hot drinks. Everything was delicious, and we were both extremely satisfied with our meals. We dined inside, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The service was fantastic?everyone was friendly and attentive. We?ll definitely be coming back!

Went here last night drove down from sunningdale. I was recommended this place from a friend who lives in camberly I've been here twice before both times on a Friday and it was decent. However last night the cod and chips were terrible.
When I got home I had 4 bites of the cod hoping it would improve and ended up chucking the rest of it all in the bin. The cod was hard and soggy tasted like it had been sitting there all day chips were all stale.
Quite disappointed as I used to drive all the way to this place 3 weekends in a row 40 minute round-trip and they gave me stale food.
Expected better to be honest. Going to have to find a new place.

Excellent fresh fish. Both haddock and small cod bites here are excellent. Fries are not crispy but that?s normal

Zero customer service, act like they don?t want you in their shop. Greeted me with a glare when I came in.
I wasn?t offered any salt and vinegar, They also overcharged me and the fish was very small/thin and had completely dried out. It also had black flecks on it which is normally a sign of dirty oil.

It's a shame food let them down. Ordered my chips, which when I looked at them looked like been cooked about 4 times over so asked for a fresh portion, which they happily obliged with.
Got back to work and the chips look just as bad as the first lot I got. Maybe more fryer training as not to over cook them.

I was excited for some cheesy chips. Once I got to work I noticed the cheese had a funny taste. It was basically on its way of being out of date! It tasted like feet. I was so disappointed? why don?t you check before you serve it to people. I could have gotten sick!!!! Very very disappointed. Waste of my money

Food is average. First we asked for haddock and he moaned can we have cod, cause it was ready made up. We said no we would like haddock and we waited for the haddock. We didn?t want to waste the food we had bought so asked for a box to take home and the owner started moaning at us for wanting a box, to take home the remaining food. We offered to pay for the box and he still moaned. Will not be coming here again and don?t recommend this service at all

Phenomenal staff/owners, came in 10 minutes before close and they cooked a batch of chips just so I could have one portion, best chippy in camberley!!

Nice and clean surroundings, it's a chip shop so don't expect the Ritz but the most important thing, the food, was lovely and the chips were proper chip shop chips. Not too greasy - not it too dry and chunky too.We ate at the tables, all clean and ketchup was no charge (i wasn't sure if i had to buy sachets but it was a squeezy bottle and free)Sensible portions too.
