They take keyfuels which is useful, never had any major issues here although can be queues both for pumps and inside quite frequently.

Couldn't understand what the operators were saying as they weren't speaking or understanding English. I had to call the supervisor so we can actually communicate. The staff were rude and intimidating, so i won't use BP again.

Went into this station to get a energy drink, but did not have the one i wanted so walked back out of the shop. Was just getting into my car when a lady over the loud speaker shouted she had seen me steal some chicken. Fuming i went straight back to the shop and told her straight away to call the police and show me the video recording of me taking the saud chicken. She went out the back of the counter for a while . Then came back and said she had made a mistake. What was worse she did not say sorry. I said i was going to send a letter of complaint to upper management , and she did not seem to care one bit. Did send a letter to HR BP. And did not hear back from them .terrible petrol station staff and company .Avoid !!!

Arrived at 21:38 to get fuel for my van and it was closed. Closing time says 22:00 which is strange. Having a BP fuel card with my work I can only fill up here. My van just about made it to Farnham with 10miles to spare.

Why is this fuel station always closing their doors before 22:00??? I commute past this M&S daily and it?s always closing early! And trying to get something through the little window is a nightmare.
Turned up at 21:45 and the 3 employees said I couldn?t buy anything as there weren?t enough staff? How many staff does it take to grab a drink off the shelf, seriously?!?
Very frustrated and disappointed. Please amend your website opening times to reflect your actual service so I?m not wasting my time and fuel travelling to your store.

Fuel more expensive than motorway services (as of 29/07/2022).1L bottle of Buxton water £1.80 (3x the price of a large 1.5l bottle)I'm surprised they're not charging a minute rate for the privilidge of breathing the air in store.Place to avoid, unless you absolutely need to stop for fuel.
