Boots Pharmacy - served by a rude and abrupt pharmacist who did not respect basic confidentiality regarding my prescription or even want to listen, made me feel very uncomfortable.When asked to speak to Store Manager, no one seemed to know anything and the S.M. nowhere to be seen. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, i have been a long standing customer at Boots Camberley. I will NEVER return to Boots pharmacy.There is definitely an issue with lack of staff, customer service and basic manners!! If I could give a zero rating I would.The ladies on the front tills always lovely but the pharmacy has declined in customer service, very disappointing!

I have no idea why they have mentioned their phone number in Google. They never answer that phone. Given wrong quantity of antibiotics to me and now it looks like I need to visit them and que up for the second time ?. Made a complaint to NHS regarding this store .

Encountered a very rude dark haired older lady at this boots today. Extremely rude in front of my daughter who also noticed her tone. Young guy on the till was friendly and polite however and seemed a little embarressed by his colleagues behaviour. If it wasn't for him, We would nt go back to this store.

Absolutely lovely service from Cathy , these days you don?t get nice people in customer service their normal rude judgy or don?t care about helping you . How ever Cathy really does and works really hard so lovely and pleasant to me all the time no matter what . Respectful and professional ! Makes my experience so much better defo deserves some recognition. !!!

The pharmacy is always overworked. What would it cost to have a school leaver to answer the phone and run errands ? No excuse for understaffing.

Don't answer their phone. Spent over an hour trying to get through and it just rings out and no-one picks up. Extremely frustrating!

The make up section was very badly stocked in fact it was about 50% empty. There is never a staff member to help.

Boots opticians. I arrived early for my 10:05 appointment that I had booked online 36 hours before. It was quite quiet. A very interesting, thougher and professional eye test. After my test I wanted help with a few things and the place had become very busy. One member of staff hadn't arrived, but the remaining staff remained calm, very polite and managed to successfully 'juggle' customers. I left armed with my test results and my every question answered. Well done and a big thank you to Boots' Optical Team!

Ignored for a long time by pharmacy counter staff and pharmacists who are remarkably badly trained at making eye contact with customers and managing queuing expectations.Why not just smile and say "I'm sorry I'll be two or three minutes" or "I'll be a while because we're short staffed but there's another pharmacy around the corner."
