This pharmacy is fantastic. I went in today with an emergency, as my medication had run out and I couldn't get an appointment to renew it for another few weeks. The duty pharmacist, Laila, was so helpful, she phoned through to the doctors to get an emergency prescription so I wouldn't have to be without my medication, and she was so kind. I cannot thank her, and the pharmacy staff, enough!! Truly amazing service.

Not helpful or friendly. Got asked several questions in front of other customers that they didn't need to know, making me very uncomfortable, then was told they had no change so had to be a card ! The change only came to £2.20 !
Will never go there again and there is a much better pharmacy close by.

Above & Beyond ! Thank you. Even running on less staff you took time to help me sort out my mothers medication, you enabled her to have her tablets in blister packs & have them delivered to her door. Wow! You are truly amazing & I thank you.

What is WRONG with this place since the original team of the nice tall blonde lady, young man with glasses and three girls with ginger, blonde and dark hair who seemed to be running well in this store!!!! They were older and much more experienced. Remembering seeing the young man with glasses when he first started until he disappeared!!! Kerry / Kerrie totally unsure of unself, rest of staff worrying!!! Miss the old watch!!!! Collecting for a friend.

Be aware that this pharmacy closes for lunch - 12:30 until 13:30, I believe. Important to know if you're planning to visit during your lunch break. Staff helpful and cheerful.

This pharmacy is next to the park road surgery so is very convenient if you have attended the doctor's surgery. It is however tiny so they don't always have what you need but will always be upfront if this is the case so you are free to go elsewhere. That said, the sheer convenience of this pharmacy, the amount of stock they hold in such a small space and the helpfulness of the staff warrants five stars.

This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional! Last time my doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy I called to check if my prescription had arrived. They confirmed it did and I received a confirmation email as well. When I came to pick it up in the afternoon, I was informed that it had not arrived. I wouldn't have minded to wait a day longer but I do mind being lied to and go there for no reason!
This time I collected a prescription and they only gave me half the quantity of what was prescribed!!
I cannot believe how poorly this pharmacy operates and it scares me to think what else they get wrong!
