Awful Bank awful service used as only bank in Crowthorne ( they shut it down) so moved to the one in Wokingham ( they shut it down ) so moved to the one in Bracknell ( they are shutting down in May ) so gonna move my oney to another bank !! Awful customer service but heh as long as the big wigs make loads got bailed out in 2008 not by UK but by Qatar they kept that low key

Went in today with my son for the second time and saw a lady called Pauline and she was so helpful and kind, if everyone experienced this kind of customer care the world would be a happier place, very rare these days ?

Popped in on Saturday to close an account after I phoned main helpline and they said I would only need to pop in with debit card and proof of ID.When I got there, I was told I needed to arrange an appointment.... for 4 days time. It would have been good to have been told that by the telephone helpline to save me a wasted journey into CamberleySo, I went back today for the appointment. The staff were very friendly and attentive, but the appointment was 15 minutes late in starting, which impacted my lunch hour from work.However, the whole process took less than 10 minutes to complete, so very efficient once it was started

Had a query about my account and needed some help from branch. Arrived at 11.10 and was finally seen at 11.30. The woman dealing with me was rude and very impatient. I had to ask her to moderate her tone when speaking to me.She failed to grasp my query after me trying to explain it to her 3 times over. She eventually went to get a colleague, who within 5 mins of my explanation understood me perfectly; and answered my query. I have never been treated so poorly, in any Barclays branch before. She was rude, and obnoxious and showed little respect to me as a customer.Terrible customer service!

Worst branch of barclays i came accross, wouldnt give me coins even after i was sent there by telephone banking and being told that branch has plenty of coins, as a result of a complaint i made i now use another branch after being refused coins, the woman behind the counter wasnt friendly, made me feel uncomfortable and was very abrupt with me. Its sad as this branch is where my account is held. Barclays is constantly closing branches without consulting its customers, which makes it hard for people like me, i now have started taking my buisness else where with another bank.Also very long slow ques at this branch
