“Booked my MOT and service online. Two days before I called to change the day from a Thursday to a Wednesday. Was swiftly helped by James, who then told me about their pick up and drop off service. This helped me out so much as I would have had to navigate going to and from the garage with a 6 month old baby in not great weather.James kept me updated on my car situation throughout the day, he was so helpful so friendly.
