Nadeen and his team were fantastic today in sorting out a warranty issue with my Garmin watch. Less than 24 hours before I go traveling and the watch stops working, they sorted me a brand new replacement even with the original box missing. Team in there is unprofessional. The manager on duty wrote this letter for me. 3 year old kid these days knows how to write a note and on what sort of paper. He chose to write it on receipt paper.

Sold with already used goods as new with scratches and covered in dust. No one on the website or by phone can help resolve this situation. I just have to go to their store to return the goods. Terrible service and support. and they don't care about you or your time.

Went into Argos to look at kettle and toaster. Spoke to a very helpful person Kiran? Showed us how to look up items and purchase them. Came back next day and goods in, Kiran also pointed out the item we were looking at and again helpful in payment ect. Kiran could not have been more helpful,polite and product savey. A great help to us. Thank you.

Terrible returns policy I was not aware of until trying to return a item within 30 days with my receipt. Wasn't aware of their policy when making the purchase and when I asked where it clearly states their return policy when returning my item I was shown a tiny little plack in small print and was told it is also available to view online. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE ARGOS !

Ordered online for collection 4 days after, went at date given, item not there told to return after 4pm but I tied to ring 1st, waited 15mins to talk to someone who understood nothing so headed to store again, 8 tils but only 2 staff...terrible service and waste of time.
