Scammed- I have been using Argos since 2010 and everything was fine but recently I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max but I received a fake iPhone. I spoke to Manager and explained what was happened to me. As per Mr Ben, they are still investigating but found nothing so far. It?s totally unacceptable and disappointing to receive fake iPhone purchasing full price. At the end I returned fake to Mr Ben and ask for refund. Argos totally ruined my time and scammed. Please avoid buying iPhones in Argos!

Argos camberley are Pretty useless really the staff just hang around chatting out the back and seem to make it as difficult as possible to be able to pick up anything from EBay click and collect. So many times I have to go back in as they haven?t logged it into the system

Opening and closing times are what the staff feel like. Website says 8 am opening but 9 30 is when they open. I was browsing for an item instore and the staff locked up behind me amd just left. Closing times are also when they feel like it. At least could ve told me they were leaving early that day or something. Me and other customer were dumbfounded by their actions ,as they just laughed at us and locked up.but online times stated that they were open for another hour. Since then we found multiple times they open and close whenever they like.
Rude and unhelpful staff
We checked with sainsbury s staff and they confirmed this about the open-close times and their professionalism

Sold with already used goods as new with scratches and covered in dust. No one on the website or by phone can help resolve this situation. I just have to go to their store to return the goods. Terrible service and support. and they don't care about you or your time.

Absolutely rude staff all three of them working there, They was not helpful in any way and will never be returning to that store! also refunded me under the wrong reason so they are fudging there figures!The one at watchmoor was amazing so I know where I will be going.

Took 2 days from placing an order to realise they had no stock and then cancelled my order which is a massive waste of time when I needed a product urgently. Customer service useless.

Nothing against this particular branch, but Argos is glorifying the pandemic to take peoples money and lie about delivery.ordered something earlier in the week, was not delivered yet online it says delivered. Read on trustpilot that loads of people having this same issue. Cannot contact them as you are on hold for hours, live chat is a waste of time as they cannot refund you and cannot understand why you are furious that a company should take your money, lie about delivery and then make it impossible to get a refund.I would understand if they were honest and said they could not deliver due to the pandemic, but instead they are (on mass scale) lying about delivery and taking peoples money.I genuinely am shocked by this business behaviour and it does not reflect British values.Will NEVER shop at this place again, hope they go BR...

Don't ever buy online and pick up later always reserve it and pay it when you get there. Even customer care servocse said to avoid it which shows how bad the system is since then followed on saying it can happen quite often. I thought I lost the money but I chiefkc with bank and is currently pending whether Argos will accept the money or not. Finally when I went to shop for help management was amazing but this morning whoever helped me was very poor on knowing what to do and gely felt like a shrug off for him.
