Ordered a pair of shoes on line, payment was processed and taken off account. Confirmed with American golf that order was not received the following day but it took more then 3 weeks for reversal to be processed. I will not be using their website and PayPal to order again due to this issue. Pity, they have some good deals

What an absolute delight - went in to see if I could get some help with my broken BenRoss trolley - and within 10 days got a call to say the spare part was in (free of charge) - all the staff are so helpful and friendly- highly recommended for all your golfing needs ???

Free parking is available, although access is directly off roundabout as it's located in the middle of it! Friendly staff but surprised to find they only had 9 left-handed clubs in the whole store & not a single LH iron! Generally a good selection of clothing, clubs & accessories though & the option to be fitted for your clubs.

Well stocked, plenty of free parking and very helpful staff. These shops are typically quite small so don?t expect to see everything you can find online.

Went for my son who is just starting to play golf, the guy that served us was super helpful and gave brilliant advice and wasn't at all condescending which we've experienced in other shops. Brilliant service will definitely go back

Been here a fair few times lately, most recently for custom fitting of the Taylor P790s by Chris who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions and provide information around how different factors affect my swing.I was also served by Scott who was very friendly, welcoming and informative of the entire process and set accurate expectations for the custom build ETA.Can't fault the customer service of the guys in store, First class!!

Went to go and purchase a new set of clubs and drivers todayImmediately, when I walked in, I was ignored by both members of staff they were just dillydallying walking aroundIf the ignorance wasn?t bad enough, the smell of sweat and stale feet, was incredibly off putting.Such poor customer service.Haven?t had my golf clubs nicked from my car a few months ago. I decided to save up £1000 and go shopping. I think they?re more appreciative shops out there to spend my money with thanks but no thanks
