I went today with a friend and ALL staff were BEYOND friendly,helpful and kind.Laura,Sarah and Carline were just amazing and went above and beyond to help my friend and I.
Sharing offers and helping me choose a perfume (Laura,fragrances are TOTALLY your fortè).
I asked for each ladies name to give thanks and praise for making our shopping experience 5 star and first class.What an amazing team with amazing deals.THANK YOU XX

absolutely amazing customer service! Thanks to Laura who took the time out of her day to help me to get my student discount even when the tills weren?t working properly, they froze multiple times, wouldn?t accept my student discount or my card, but Laura immediately got me a new card, and manually sorted everything for me. She was very apologetic for something that wasn?t her fault, absolutely amazing staff member! Also a Big thank you to the man behind the till who?s name i believe was Tom, he helped a lot too, and grabbed Laura as quickly as he could to be able to serve me as quick as possible. Lovely staff, and really helpful, thank you so much!

I came to this Vendor around 17.00 Today. I was assisted by The Team Leader, who was very Helpful and Curtoeus. She explained to me if I sign up for the Bonus Card(which was relativley easy) I am elidgble for a small discount! Very swift and easy transaction and a few £££'s saved thanks to the Team Leader. A Credit to the Store and you will recieve my custom again!

Excellent service even realise I had not got all the products for the make up deal. Stopped taking my products and went from the till to get the choices for me. This was 30mins before closing on Christmas eve.. very impressed

Horrible experience.... outside the store there was the opening time displayed at 6pm...I turned up outside the store around 5.40pm they refused to let me in??? Why would you display one opening time and then not stick to it...and let?s say for arguments sake they changed their opening time for the pandemic they should at least have the decency to display the correct time outside the store. Not only was I turned away they could not even treat or talk to me properly...they had to talk through the window....disgusting customer service....disgusting attitude towards customers....absolutely disgusted with their communication skills honestly won?t recommend anyone to go there and be treated this badly...rather spend your money elsewhere!!!!! Avoid this store!!!!
