I was shocked to see how dirty the Starbucks in Banstead was today. The floor and tables were filthy and this is the knife I was served to cut my panini!! Please do better.

Popped into Starbucks Banstead with two of my colleagues today. We work at the Royal Marsden hospital which is just a few minutes drive away. We got free NHS coffee?s for our research team providing our ID badges. We were served by the lovely Lily and Izzy, a very warm welcome, smiles on their faces and 10 very happy ( nurses, Dr?s and specimen collectors) back in the office after a quick coffee run, thank you Starbucks ?
