Food came cold
Potato tots undercooked
Pizza supposed to be with : MUSHROOMS (CANT FIND ANY), onion, Sweetcorn and onion.

Ordered a delivery and missing a large pizza, had wrong sides in boxes and to top it off we had mozzarella sticks in what was meant to be the giant choc chip cookie box (labelled as such). No one picking up the phone. Shame as food generally decent from here

Ordered 3 pizzas . After 1 hour received 2 cold pizzas. Was promised that the missing pizza would be sent out in 5 mins. 35 minutes later and I am still waiting........I am beginning to lose hope. Whatever the outcome , I will not use Papa Johns again.

Taste less than average, customer service-expect them to hang up the phone in your face if you asked them ?where is my food?Never buy pizza from them. Not worth spending money on

1. The trainee is very rude and doesn't talk English well at all, so it's very difficult to deal with a problem especially when he's lying saying he's the only one in the shop but then someone else gets on the phone.
2. Food was so squashed when I got it
3. The sticker to seal the box wasn't on properly and box lid was open
4. Food is cold
This is the first time I used papa johns banstead in years and I will not do it again. This place has always been a problem just close it down.

Terrible!! Gave me wrong pizza order ! Then just sent out a pizza not my actual order! Waited ages for the pizzas.. whole order was a terrible experience.. dominos is
around the corner that's where I'll be going in future and others should do the same

Pizza came an hour late. Then the wrong pizza and sides were sent. Called to ask why the order was late to be informed they didn?t have what I paid for so they randomly chose to send a different pizza and sides instead without informing me. Almost £40 wasted.

This will be the first and last time ordering from here.
Ordered placed at 17:00 and arrived at 18:40, restaurant called multiple times to check on delivery and the phone was put down. When the driver finally arrived he said he was stuck in traffic but I am only 9 minutes away.
The food arrived cold, the potato tots (as shown in my images) were under cooked and the pizza hardly had any toppings.
I ordered a pepperoni/ ham/ chicken pizza and the other was the all the trimmings Christmas pizza.
A complaint has been made online to Papa Johns customer service, but have had no response back.
