Do not use this location for delivery.
The drivers lied and said that they had delivered my food but had not. I had to complain several times over the phone just to finally receive my order Two hours after I placed it and 7 Phone call to the store. Food turned up soggy and undercooked.
I then sent a complaint form via email as I was unable to liaise with the staff working at the store at the time due to their poor Customer service training.
After a few emails with a person called Carole They offered me a voucher, which I already stated. I was not happy with. I recommend that Carole herself should re consider my refund request as I had already provided all evidence of call logs and photos as per her request
I was denied a refund which was quite shocking to me as I also run a business and sometimes we make mistake mistakes and get things wrong. It?s all about how you correct it and I would always refund the customer if they found that my service were not adequate, particularly if I was at fault which in this case dominoes.
So if I was you, I would get another store to save disappointment

Horrible staff the manger is not a nice person they don?t care about the food they do not wear gloves or wash there hands they deliver cold food save your money and do not order to Banstead domions absolutely vile never experienced anything like it the staff clearly hate there jobs and the manger and it shows

Popped in around 5.30pm and ordered 2 medium size pizza and 1 chicken strippers.
Great pizza quality and very friendly staff service over the counter.
They look after their customer appropriately. Keep up the good job ??

Pizza arrived and was undercooked and still raw dough in part: called up and explained the pizza wasn?t cooked. Staff didn?t seem to care and then asked if we wanted a refund or a new pizza. Given we waited half and hour+ for the original pizza we asked for a refund. We then had a call back asking we send a picture of the raw pizza or they couldn?t process the refund. Unfortunately by this point we had put the pizza in the oven so were unable to do this. Had we of been told this when we first called we could have sent the picture immediately. Seems to be run by clowns who have no idea what they are doing, how to cook pizza or run a business with any form of customer service

£26 for large pizza including 2 delivery charge. The pizza sucks, I wish a cheaper better place in banstead selling pizza will open, oh wait I'm doing that. Hopefully can shut down all competitors quickly when we open for business mid 2024

My first visit to this particular shop, service was quite quick, unsurprisingly as I counted 15 members of staff behind the counter!! The only gripe I have is a sign plastered right across the front window saying any pizza any size £9.99, but when you get in the shop and place your order, all of a sudden its doubled to almost £20 !!, apparently I didn't read the small print!!Bit of a con I feel, shan't be rushing back here. Pizzas are massively over priced at the best of times, and this one left a foul taste in my mouth having had to pay double what I expected, expensive meal in the end.

Very nice food and staff in Banstead. But the pizza tracker is absolutely pathetic. Says it's 1 minute away when it took 20 + mins. Misleading and stupid. Very annoying as it lets domino's down. Especially when paying £2.49 delivery fee. Sort it out dominos.

Pizza was ready in 10 to 25minutes wasn't bad but didn't get bogof as apparently only applies if you download App etc however when asked staff said yes but charged full price.
