Another branch of Costa where it's takeaway cups only because the dishwasher is mysteriously broken. I think I've been fed this line at the last three Costas I've been to in recent weeks, at this point it's obvious they've worked out paper cups are cheaper than electrical and water costs associated with running a dishwasher. Off the cafe Nero instead.

Just ordered a slice of cake from costa banstead and the barista cut me the thinnest slither of a slice! So tight and easiest waybto lose customers. £4.05!!!

Staff not very friendly,asked for hot water,said no we don't do that ,where other Costas do it ,not very clean and most of the time coffee is cold.

Always good coffee at CostaAtmosphere was a bit bland - aircon was blowing on us so we moved. It was fine.Service was ok - nothing outstanding, yet nothing wrong.

The drinks were actually hot. A majority of coffee shops seem to be worried about serving any drink that is more than warm . So a big plus from Costa.

Order wrong, other customers returning drinks. Customers having to ask for things that should be offered. ie Milk with tea. Tables not cleared. Service slow.
