Paid for a box of records at an agreed price by a staff member only for the manager to force cancel the sale because she didn't like the price agreed. This was in August 2017. Forgot to put review. Here it is. Not been into a cruk shop since. The good reviews are clearly fake.

I took a bag of clothes in as a donation.This is the second time this year.The lady doesn't even say thank you.She looks put out by it.Would prefer to donate where appreciated.

Would never step foot in this shop in Banstead again. They are rude and ungrateful. Thank goodness there are other charity shops on the high street. The staff are rude discourteous and a disgrace
